Presidents Day                                                                                                     Monday February 15                                                                   Washington's Birthday also known as Presidents Day, is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of February. The day honor's Presidents of the United States, including George Washington, the USA's first President.

What I think about this quote is that you have to be honest. You just can tell a lie one after another because you just making yourself look dumb. If someone knows your lying then don't demand that your right if you personally know its wrong. If you also do wrong things and you think is right others will disagree on your decision. For example being a drug dealer, you get a  lot of money but its a crime and you will get arrested if caught. Another example is running a mile, my friend was saying he got a fast time but I never seen him pass me not even once. He is wrong and he just does not want to admit that he is wrong. He's cheating himself and his body for making up a terrible lie. You have to tell the truth because your not the only one that does terrible.

Dean Smith was an honorable man. Every single citizen in the United States was supporting him to make a history. His total wins was 879 wins in his lifetime. He was like a father to his team and because of choosing the right, his basketball team had the spirit and win all those game. Best coach ever!!!!!

   This quote made me realize about how to achieve a better life. To make my life full of joy and family and friends. But if I leave a disaster then whats the point of me living. Like making my life pure nightmares and evil but that will not be me, not now, not ever! I want to have a better relationship with my family and be with fantastic friends that care about me. I will do anything to achieve that goal because that's how I want it. I haven't really planned my what I'm gonna do in the future but that's kinda good, I'm still just a kid after all. But I know this, having a wonderful life can really mean something, that you are full of luck. Those people who have and evil life will end up your life in jail or in the streets. But when I die I will remember all the precious memories I had with my family and friends and I'll rest in piece.

                    Volunteer Opportunities
I remembered that my sister volunteered for helping in the hospital. It was in Saint Francis and it was a huge but beautiful hospital with a lot of patients. Almost all my family went to that so then there kids where born. Anyway when you apply to Saint Francis you sign up in the main office and the nurses give you a specific date when to come. You take a test and have to get a C and above or else you are not able to volunteer. Almost everyone got a great score, that's what my sister said anyway they get uniforms and its completely different since there are male and female.

Mind, Body, and Spirit are three things that are in you. These specific words where chosen to symbolize the person. Mind, to think, to dream, to choose. Body, movement, the strength, the speed, the potential, the limit. Spirit, to hope, to believe, to cooperate, to try, to never give up. Those words are in us because we managed to find them out on our own. We decided to make up Mind so we can think about anything and remembering something important and also thinking about what will happen in the future and what happened in the past. We use our body to communicate and to test our abilities in certain events like sports and studying. Also to know our limit and how many things can your body do. We developed spirit because we support others and believe in yourself to conquer anything. Also since it can make you believe, it can break your limits and surpass them to make you even better than before. That's the existence of Mind, Body, Spirit.
