 If you want success you gotta decide. Do you want to have success in something or not have any at all. It dosen't come by accident you have to make on your own. You make the decision on what your life should be, no one is gonna stop you. Not having success is like being lazy, not doing anything in life to be successful. Your life will be hard with out success that you don't put any effort to keep your life good. But being successful will make your life very hard to manage but it would be worth it. Having a good job will make you active whatever job you get as long as its a manageable one that you like. Also keeping track of important stuff like college will make you successful for being there in the first place. Alan Stien is one of the examples but he didn't become a pro at basketball for nothing. It takes success in life to get you to be whatever you want to be.Success is putting a lot of effort into what you wanna become and to never give up on your dreams because it will haunt for the rest of your life.

Work involves the responsibility for performing routine police assignments that are received from police officers of superior rank. Work normally consists of checking of parking meters for violations, routine patrol, preliminary investigation and traffic regulation, and investigation duties in a designated area on an assigned shift which involve an element of personal danger and employees must be able to act without direct supervision and to exercise independent judgment in meeting emergencies.

Well being myself is more important than being some sort of pro on a sport.Being myself is what inspired me to play basketball in the first place, I want to play basketball if I wanted to but there's more important stuff that needs to be done like family and friends, just be yourself when you want to don't be like a robot thats program to do this and to be that, don't be like that.
